- Advance is non-refundable in any cases after issuing an invoice
- We are not responsible for late orders collected after 3 months of the delivery date in all terms
- [RTW} Ready To Wear dress ones sold and altered are not refunded or replaced, incase the alteration only replace in other style
- In Bridal Rentals 1,500 AED minimum deposit and original passport or ID. Deposit amount decided based on style
- Ones the client received this legal documents and proceed order, its her approval and acceptance for all details written above
